Great place & extremely CLEAN! Very important to me! Had just been to Mercy/Coon Rapids - FILTHY!!!
I was 1st patient of the day. I was late due to not realizing the clinic had relocated. I was so embarrassed and everyone was so kind about my stress level about that. The intake staff, doctor, and his assistant were all so kind, understanding and accommodating. Doctor and assistant were very thorough, answered any questions and concerns I had. They did not rush the visit, even though I was late. The printout of the encounter including plan for the next year's F/U is always so helpful to me. Dr was pleased with my tests results and very encouraging about my current and future health.
Excellent experience.
The way we are "discharged" by the clinic assistant is great! I never feel that I don't know what comes next or what the plan is.
