*If you are having a procedure and planning a bus route home, you must have a responsible adult accompany you home after the procedure.
Doctor was very attentive and knowledgeable. She answered all of the questions I had and developed a plan going forward. I feel heard and have a positive outlook on my treatment plan. The lab technician that drew my blood was also very compassionate.
I was looking for reassurance which I did receive.
I realize turnover may be a concern for some positions, but the last several times I have been to MNGI and had a blood draw, the technician had problems and seemed inexperienced. My last visit resulted in several tries to draw blood and left large bruising on both my arm and hand. The technician wrapped both areas much too tight, as in tourniquet tight, causing immediate swelling in my hand and pooling of blood.
The various staff were personable, well organized and efficient in providing information and preventing delays.
