*If you are having a procedure and planning a bus route home, you must have a responsible adult accompany you home after the procedure.
Always have had a very good experience with MNGI! No complaints.
Clinic was very efficient.
The eniter clinic staff were very knowlegable, professional and helpful. Upon leaving, I was provided the Instrictions for the preparing for the procedure. The instructions were very detailed and easy to follow. However, I did discover an error In the section on" Day Of Your Procedure". I called the Woodbury office and asked for clarification. The clinician did acknowledge the error and explained that the Gatorade and Miralax mixture was not the same "recipe" as the Day 1 and 2. Rather, the mixture for ""DAY of Procedure was (ONLY) 4 tablespoons of Miralax mixed with 16 oz of Gatorade. I was glad I called because this was a more tolerable prep. I was so releived! I highly recommend that the hand out be updated with the correct patient instructions for Day of Procedure.
