*If you are having a procedure and planning a bus route home, you must have a responsible adult accompany you home after the procedure.
I have an understanding of upcoming tests but no idea how I am supposed to care for the symptoms I am currently experiencing.
While this experience was overall good you have a lot of issues. I can call and talk to 3 different schedulers and get three different answers. There is zero follow through when I say I want to get my labs done at my MD clinic. Your online scheduling thing doesn't work. None communicates the need for MD visits, I was told I should've gotten a letter but I never did. Your portal is useless compared to other clinics portals. The only reason I haven't switched clinics is the hassle of having to setup my infusion somewhere else. The doctor was great, but I would never recommend MNGI to anyone

The staff at this office works like a well oiled machine. They handle everything professionally and they all are on the same page meaning they all know what is going on and they work together while putting the patient comfort as a priority. They do a professional job and are happy and caring.
