*If you are having a procedure and planning a bus route home, you must have a responsible adult accompany you home after the procedure.
Both the dr. and the assistant received my treatment plan with me before I left.
The care is wonderful but the patient portal is so frustrating and almost useless. I frequently receive notifications of new information to check on my chart and I can't find anything that looks new. Other health systems have much more user friendly online charts.
I left with written documentation of the visit as well as my care plan to review later any time needed. It's nice to review later and it was nice to post the document should I lose the written copy I left the visit with.
