I would recommend *Polly. It was very difficult to get an app't. My condition is very serious. Scheduling not adequate & I had been referred.
MD said one thing, asst. said another. Couldn't get answers to questions -> Kept getting transferred. No one seemed to know what was going on. Very myopic!
The discharge person gave us paper work for discharge and she said someone would call us to schedule the endoscopy. Then she said we should call the number on the discharge paper to schedule. I asked which way would get my mom in faster - she said call. I called
