*If you are having a procedure and planning a bus route home, you must have a responsible adult accompany you home after the procedure.
I understood the care plan, and loved that when I called to set the appt., that call was answered promptly and all the info was already in the computer.
I was plugged into their system plan of care quickly!
Once I saw my provider, all went great. Wait time was only negative.
I have and will continue to recommend MNGI. I wish you used a different patient portal where test results were visible vs. waiting for a message.
