I was told a test would be ordered and I still have not received the home test
Overall - the staff was great. However, I am wildly frustrated at the outcome. I specifically chose MNGI because I was worried that I had a hemorrhoid or a polyp and I was in a fair amount of pain. Turns out it was a hemorrhoid, and they can't treat those in the clinic?? Why did I choose a specialty care clinic only to be told to go to the ER?? For a hemorrhoid? Or would I have to call general surgery?? This is disappointing and frustrating. A place like MNGI should be able to treat hemorrhoids on site.
