*If you are having a procedure and planning a bus route home, you must have a responsible adult accompany you home after the procedure.
Like the office atmosphere everyone was very pleasant.
The person who came back into room to give me my discharge directions said I was to contact my insurance, watch the videos, and then MNGI would phone me the next day to discuss my plans. However, no one has phoned yet. It's no problem, as I need some time to decide what I want to do, but I was surprised she said MNGI would call me the next day, as I had thought It would make more sense for me to call MNGI when I was ready to make a decision. So I'm thinking she must have been new and didn't have the correct information. So I will plan to phone MNGI when I am ready to make a decision. So please note, I am NOT complaining, just noting what happened.
I enjoyed meeting NP, she was easy to talk to, thorough, & made me feel comfortable. I'm glad you are opening a clinic in Lakeville!
