*If you are having a procedure and planning a bus route home, you must have a responsible adult accompany you home after the procedure.
I was told an order was put in for both an upper endoscopy and colonoscopy and that a scheduler would call me. The endoscopy was more urgent, the colonoscopy for general preventative medicine as I am overdue based on age. After four days of not hearing anything, I called scheduling and requested the endoscopy myself. They did find the order and I was able to schedule. I have not had a call yet about the colonoscopy.
Overall, outstanding!
The person who took my blood samples was very professional and had a caring attitude.
It was only because of the negative experience I had with the front desk girl.
