*If you are having a procedure and planning a bus route home, you must have a responsible adult accompany you home after the procedure.
Taking into consideration how busy the office, nurses, doctors are, we waited sometimes a day or two before someone returned a call.
Overall, probably the nicest, caring, and most professional staff members I have come across ever. The time and care was outstanding!
I've been to MNGi two times and will ALWAYS go here for my GI needs. I've been impressed both times with the friendly and professional manner of all staff, as well as the thorough explanations of what will be happening.
I have no idea what my care plan is going to be. I'm still waiting to hear back from the doctor. I was in and out so fast that I didn't feel like I was even a priority.
