My only concern is your lab technician. I have been poked 3 times. Need more experienced lab tech. I have never had this experience before that I've been poked many times.
Your staff even called me to tell me Mayo Clinic received my referral and would be calling me. Since I moved to the metro area I have never had such good follow up and care.
Had a few follow up questions after Doctor left room and lab tech doing my bloodwork took questions down and called me with answers before I even hit the freeway home
I am very lucky to have worked with MNGI for as long as I have.
