*If you are having a procedure and planning a bus route home, you must have a responsible adult accompany you home after the procedure.
I was very happy that I was seen by the dr. She took very good care of me and relieved my swollen tonsil problem which also relieved my ear pain. Very satisfied.
Am waiting for a schedule for my procedure. Office visit was March 8; today is March 16.
I'm disappointed by the process for prior authorization. I was prescribed a medication and have still not gotten prior auth from MNGI. I have called twice and have been told there is a several day delay for prior auth approval from MNGI. This is very frustrating and makes me suffer longer
I recommended this office to someone on Saturday.
