*If you are having a procedure and planning a bus route home, you must have a responsible adult accompany you home after the procedure.
I did have a problem scheduling an appointment for follow-up after procedure.
My concern is that it takes so long to get an appointment with a doctor. I had to wait two months to get a consult with the MNGI provider and now after my CT scan which he ordered, I would have to wait two and 1/2 months to see this provider again. My concern is what if they find something on my scan that needs to be taken care of.
Had to call both times for follow up from tests - not sure what to do next but needed to be "my best advocate" & keep things moving.
Have a clear plan. My anxiety subsided.
