Scheduling can be hard because you can't schedule an appointment before a couple of months when needed.

The problems came later. I was told I'd be contacted that day or the next. I waited a week and had to Initiate the contact myself--even though I earlier stated I was on a tight timetable. It got even worse. There was no clear procedure for getting prior authorization. Finally after more calls, it's all been resolved and the authorization is in the works and the appointments are scheduled. No apology needed, but maybe a place for improvement????

I have been given a plan if I need to return for further treatment.
