*If you are having a procedure and planning a bus route home, you must have a responsible adult accompany you home after the procedure.
No one answered my question in your "My Chart." Communication poor thru "My Chart." Website hard to navigate. After procedure rec'd message that tests were all negative but NO instruction on how to handle my problem after negative tests. No follow up or anything. Left me in limbo. So going back to my regular dr. and probably will not come back to MNGI for further testing as I feel like no one cares. Before, during and after endoscopy everyone involved was SUPER nice, compassionate and caring. Once results in I rec'd NOTHING! Still sick!
Had to wait over 15 minutes to obtain print out of visit discussion
After procedure, would of liked husband in room to listen to dr. explain what findings were found.
Very satisfied with all aspects of the appt.
