*If you are having a procedure and planning a bus route home, you must have a responsible adult accompany you home after the procedure.
Availability of appointments with MNGI is unacceptable - initial procedure appointment in 2021 had to be made by my primary as MNGI appointments were months out
Kelsi explained everything to me so well that I finally understood what was going on with me for the last four months, and felt good about the future prognosis.
The only issue I have is that I was told the schedulers would call me to schedule further appt. I haven't received a call but did get a text to call the office to schedule.
I was told I would be contacted to set up an appointment for the next step. I haven't heard back yet.
