*If you are having a procedure and planning a bus route home, you must have a responsible adult accompany you home after the procedure.
I would recommend MNGI to others, but your offices are so far away and spread out in third tier suburbs, that they're very difficult to access. There are 750,000 people in Minneapolis and St. Paul, but no offices there. Because of this, I have a difficult time making appointments and finding a way to get there. Extremely upsetting.
They ordered an x-ray that should have happened same/next day. Took 2-3 days to get a call to schedule and a full week before the actual x-ray.
Notes in the "patient plan" didn't match what had been discussed with the doctor. Plus it has wrong doctor listed for my primary care, even though we gave his information when checking in.
