Awesome to see staff working well, side by side, with each other
I was told I would be contacted about two appointments in a day or two. One scheduler called me the next day to take care of one appointment. I didn't receive a call regarding the second appointment, so I called after a few days. I got clarity on what I was to expect regarding the second appointment, and all was well.
The staff seemed immature. The person that"roomed" me made me feel like I was just another person. There were several staff sitting at a station giggling & laughing, (I hope not about me). The lab person acted like I was a child afraid of getting poked, (nice young man though). Then to be sent home with the job of scheduling an x-ray at another place b/c you don't have imaging has really rubbed me wrong. Someone suggested having it done at Allina clinic. I still haven't heard from them so called myself to schedule. Turns out they didn't get the order. The person I spoke to about getting the order was at first going to have me call the clinic back to make sure they sent the order, but later in the conversation stated she would contact your office to see if the order was sent & whether or not it got sent to the correct fax number. Lots of phone calls, holding/waiting and still no answers. And the worse part is that I'm still having abdominal pain!
Care giver right before they put me under for the colonoscopy was great!
