*If you are having a procedure and planning a bus route home, you must have a responsible adult accompany you home after the procedure.
Everyone I had contact with was very professional & caring. The wait time for appointments is frustrating, but that is true it seems in all medical practices.

It took 4 x for placement of my IV. the CNA was amazing and so comforting. The doctor was not informative and when I asked a question was rude in his quick response and advised this would be discussed at a follow up appt. The Doctor had no compassion and it felt like he was in a hurry and not at all invested in my care.
