Overall, good visit.
Much better experience at Bloomington location. Staff were much more kind & provider showed gratitude & respects.
My only concern is your lab technician. I have been poked 3 times. Need more experienced lab tech. I have never had this experience before that I've been poked many times.
Your staff even called me to tell me Mayo Clinic received my referral and would be calling me. Since I moved to the metro area I have never had such good follow up and care.
